Position overview

The position is part of the Student Administration and Records (STAR) Office, Division of Student Administration (DSA).  Under the routine supervision of the Senior Student Administration & Records Officer the successful candidate will work in the STAR team administering aspects of the research student  lifecycle.  The role sits within a very busy office but provides a diverse range of work while requiring versatility, creativity, integrity, flexibility and resilience and will liaise with the wider University community to deliver practical and supportive outcomes for students through the delivery of student administration services in relation to fees, scholarships, enrolments and student record activities.

The Division of Student Administration contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression;  fee invoicing; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts;  student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
