Position overview

In this role, you will co-ordinate, oversee and provide executive support for the Research School Director, working effectively across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be required to manage special projects that contribute to strategic planning and support of the Universities commitments to improvement of administration and support services, including the development of postgraduate education programs.  You will provide secretariat support to various high-level committees.  You will have effective communication and interpersonal skills, improving relations between the School, Government departments and Industry; with the ability to manage competing priorities. You will have experience with effective policy review and implementation as well as the ability to undertake research and complex reporting and analysis at the request of the School Director.
