Position overview

The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a standout strategic leader and senior project manager with extensive experience in the ICT space delivering quality outcomes to take up the role as Associate Director, Project Delivery and Engagement at the Australian National University.

Reporting directly to the Chief information Officer the Associate Director, Project Delivery and Engagement will provide high-level strategic leadership, advice, development and co-ordination of the information technology portfolio across the University. The Associate Director will also manage the secretariat function for the University’s ICT Committee and engage with the University executive in support of high-level University wide decision making aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated eye for detail and the highest standards of communication at executive level, a strong experience base with governance and quality assurance and refined stakeholder engagement skills that compliment a management style encouraging innovation and a continuous improvement culture.
